Or how about the time they just came right on in, with no warrant, saying they had probable cause. Probably cause there were 2 of them, 1 of me, and they were cops. They even said as much. The only success I've had with the cops is just not opening the door. Even then, the tricks they use to try and get you to open the door. "Excuse me, my car broke down, can I use your phone?", ending with, "OKAY THEN, WE'RE GONNA BE BACK EVERYDAY UNTIL YOU LET US IN." Fuck that and fuck them. |

^Well, hindsight is 20/20.
The prudent decision is to not let them in, or to even talk to them. I don't know the details of your specific circumstances so I cannot comment on why you thought that was the best way to handle your situation at the time. I can tell you this, though. I have had the FEDS draw down and walk right up and put a gun in my face to serve me notice to appear. I've been harassed at work, on the phone and face to face. Not one arrest, ever. |

All I'm saying is that knowing your rights does not necessarily keep a person from being arrested. It doesn't keep the cops from violating those rights any time they feel they can get away with it.

Sarcasm meter off "motherfucker".
Words many times do not convey sarcasm very well. Funny looking back though. And I don't fuck my mother.

2 years ago i bought a honda to get to univ and back and right after i bought it i took it to a vacant winco parking lot for coffee and doughnuts.
apparently a cop was watching from somewhere because about 60 seconds in i see flashing lights and before i knew it i was eating pavement. cop wrote a dickfuck of a report actually stating that, "I was not sorry."

on the subject of motherfucking.
if you're married (separated) and have children, and still poke "the old lady", technically you're a mother fucker. I think sister fucking is the trend for those who have that option. most dispicable would be the daughterfuckers. and the "don't ask don't tell" fatherbrothersonfuck ers. I would therefore call him a son of a brotherfathersonfuck er.

Once I was drinking (underage) at this concert in a little hall (that didn't have a liquor licence) and the cops showed up. I managed to hide in a coat check room with my beer, and wouldn't be telling this story if I hadn't decided it would be funny to get a picture with a cop 'pretending' to arrest me. Before I could even ask for the pic he took my beer and gave me the old arm lock behind my back. Was threatened with resisting arrest and assaulting an officer but only given a ticket for underage drinking and a free ride home.

If you know your rights pretty well you can stay out of trouble. I can't say I've never not been harassed by cops. It's the job to harass you. Like someone committing a crime is usually going to be easy to talk into confessing. If you were doing something wrong and the cops arrested you for it, don't talk shit about them. Its your fault for breaking the law. It's why I don't drive around with drugs or paraphernalia in my car. Of COURSE they will use every means possible to get in and find it.
The best thing to do is keep your shit off the streets. I don't do anything outside the house, and if I'm bringing something with me somewhere I don't break any traffic laws and drive sober. You do realize you're driving on public streets right?? The government had them built. So your rights are limited when driving. Understand the world and how cops work. Don't be a moron driving around stoned or with drugs breaking traffic laws and 99% of the time you'll be fine. Most cops around Atlanta don't really fuck with you unless you're speeding. That's how they nail most their arrests are for speeders and shit like that. They don't have to pull someone over and lie, because usually some idiot is breaking the law in front of them anyways. |

Golden Rule: "SHUT THE FUCK UP"
Spent several weeks in sound proofed, sleep deprived isolation being "questioned" by employees of my own country's government. Myself and a few others were guilty as fuck but only one douche bag tried to deal. The dealin' douche ended up bein' the only one that got fucked, (yes Virginia there is a Santa Claus...just no Jesus). Busted and processed plenty but almost always walked, (knew my rights, kept mouth shut and memorized lawyer's phone number). Most time I ever did was over catching somebody stripping my bike on the side of the highway where it broke down one night. He tried to run me down as I came up on him trying to stop him. Went to court and he said he was a drunk so judge gave him 3 yrs. suspended and told him to pay me for the $600 in damage that he did. I asked the judge when I'd get my money since the bike that got fucked up was my only transport and I was poor as shit (the guy that did it had a great job and a real nice house). Judge says he has to pay it off before his probation ends and I'm like "Three Years!!! This is BULLSHIT!!!" Bailiff cuffs me and throws ME in jail. Every couple of hours somebody would come back to see if I was ready to apologize to the judge and every time I told them to tell the judge that as soon as he let me out I was going to hunt down his mother and skull fuck her eye sockets. This lasted for several days and he finally offered to let me out if I paid a $50 fine. I explained how I was going to have sex with his dog or cat or grandmother or anything else that I could find that meant anything to him. The next morning I was released. Yes I have anger issues and yes I despise authority, but fuck them, I still have principles even if those feckless shit sticks have none. The whole injustice system can suck my sweaty balls! I feel better now...
