I've gotten sales calls on and off for the past year or two. The only annoying bit has been that they were automated.

Even by placing myself on the list, I still get bullshit 800 number phone calls semi-monthly.

I have this silly habit of not answering calls from area codes I can't identify in a tenth of a second, usually I don't answer if it isn't a name of someone I know on that screen.

Pretty simple.

I remember the "no call list" scam has been going on for years.

there is no "list" of cell numbers to be given to telemarketers.

I am on the landline "Do not call list". We still get calls up the ass from charities (like four or 5 a day) as they can still call regardless. If our Caller ID comes up "Unknown Caller" we know it is a solicitor and do not answer. On the rare occasion, we get "Private Caller" which usually is my sister but sometimes ends up being the police trying to get donations.

Nooo... But I should have! A snowmobile would have been awesome! I don't do those raffle things, I always figure its bullshit and nobody wins, they just collect the money and laugh. Maybe it aint so, but I like to save my $1 for something other than a raffle.
