i dont pick my nose. the nose is where alot of germs enter the body, no sense giving them a free pass up to my sinuses.

sounds unreal, i know, but ive had sinus problems for years and not touching the nostrils is the best way to avoid the pain.

I haven't smoked pot in like a month and I haven't drunk coffee is 5 days. I quit coffee.

Obviously coffee is evil, because after drinking it every day for years I am going through some oddly terrible withdrawl symptoms which have lasted for 3 days so far. My head feels like it is swirling, parts of my body feel like they're suddenly going numb, my skin feels extra sensitive. It's retarded. And it was definitely the right choice. Can't be a good thing if it does this to you when you stop.

i came down with a really bad cold about a week ago and decided to stop smoking squares and stop drinking caffeine. so along with my fucking stupid super cold i have nicotine and caffeine withdrawl goin on.

but i am vigilante. its been like 6 or 7 days with no cigs or caff. i still feel like shit cuz of the cold though. i suspect in like a week i will feel better than i have felt in awhile, though.

im smoking a LOT less herb too. like a bowl 3/4s a bowl a day

not sure why i went all guidance and support there. it felt appropriate i'll be honest this thread isnt one of my favorite threads alright feel free to tangent the shit out of it
