Any country that allows bare breasts on TV, in addition to limiting violence, I think has their head screwed on okay. It's the USA that's fucked up. You can show a man gunned down or a horrific car crash, but you'll have people in an uproar should a woman's nipple grace the small screen.

Yeah, but that's pay TV. I assume the FCC figures that since you have to pay for it, odds are you have a job, so it's not going to harm the fragile psyches of little children. Even still, the degree of violence is still far, far greater. You can't get full on hardcore porn on payTV, but you can get torture, mutilation, and all manners of horrible death.
