I doubt it DID take this long. This is just the first time it got recorded. And it's kind of a smart move, in a way. Since it's the first time we've ever seen this, and it's on her 18th birthday, people are just kind of inclined to assume that she waited till she turned 18 to experiment with something (she waited till it was legal, like a good little citizen).

As soon as the camera was off, she was probably snorting rails like she was building the transcontinental railroad in her sinuses.

unfortunately that was probably just weed, but they said it was salvia because it is "legal" and now, it'll probably become illegal...

I don't know if any of you have smoked it and broken through, but it is CRAZY and miley didn't take a good enough hit to get through... if she had, this video would be MUCH more awesome.
