anyone got any quick figures on how much schooling is currentl over there?

i just would like to compare how expensive education is in the UK vs US

i went to a liberal arts school for a single semester, with education and board it was about 30,000 dollars a semester. needless to say i was out of that institution pretty quickly.

usually it involves white people coming in and fucking them up some way down the line. they have horrible living conditions and no system to educate their citizens, and no money to do it with if they wanted. they believe in voodoo magic because they dont have any scientists to tell them what reality is really like. etc.

soooo, wouldn't their excuses be our excuses too? just maybe not to their degree yet?

those same white people are insane and fucking up the US, no?
our education system is faultering, partially because parents are faultering.
we have no money, yet keep spending it.
we have some pretty fucking crazy religious zealots that believe in their "magic" too.
our scientists don't really always tell us what it's like either. if they did, weed wouldn't be so vilified or dare i say, even illegal.

please don't take read this as arguing, i just want to make that clear.

nothing personal here at all, i love friendly debate

personally the way i see it is that those countries are still developing. we are the most developed country in the world. we are the head of the metaphorical pack. the fact that we have to even compare ourselves in terms of sanity to people who are still leagues behind us in the game, so to speak, is sad to me.

I think europeans are far more advanced personally simple because they are more laid back and take shit less seriously. Thats the only real way to run a government. Look at how fucking strict those arabs are and how they handle their shit.

I mean have you seen the way parliament is run, for instance? Its fucking awesome. They argue like little fucking kids. Its great. And it probably works better, too. Shit, just look at their healthcare and gun laws and everything. They are obviously far more effective than the shit we have going on here in the states.
