his marksmanship was clearly the limiting factor here, he wanted to kill someone. his first shot in the direction of the person he was pointing the gun at... then his second shot was INTO THE GROUND.

when the security guard started shooting at him he tried to take point-blank range shots and still failed. that's stupid if you think he missed on purpose, cause he clearly was trying to shoot them but his marksmanship didn't allow for it.

just another stupid person with a gun...

yeah scatter is a fool, that gun couldn't even hold 10 rounds in the magazine. he wouldn't have been able to kill that many people without having an extra magazine which I seriously doubt he did.

scatter tends to blow statements like those out of proportion.
