Gee, that is pretty sad.

I was discussing this very topic with my daughter just yesterday. She's sixteen, has a great figure, but the last major exercise she did was a 150 mile backpack trip last summer. She doesn't participate in a sport, or run. The question was, for how long can she maintain her form eating junnk with out exercise?

The young believe they will live forever, and that nothing can touch them. Not even ice cream and tamales.

It is indeed sad for a girl to lose her figure. For us spectators surly, but more so for the young lady herself.

When they learn they actually need to do things in order to maintain that nice figure of theirs, it's always too late...
