out of town on a terrible stolen wifi connection so i can't download the needed program, but may i suggest some easy online solution?

this one will re size to an aim buddy icon which i can only imagine is an avatar size picture.

Looks like even if I get it done, there's no way I'll get the file size down to 50kb.

Won't be able to use it, maybe I'll cut it down to 3 2 1 0.

Still wasn't a walk in the park, forgot I had a copy of Animation Shop 3 on my other computer

still had to crop, edit, optimize to get it down to 50kb.

The original looks a lot better.
