Had an idiot in my old platoon who took a spoon full of that type of stuff and wound up on the ground with the paramedics called. We commenced to film until paramedics said we couldn't tape anymore. Such idiots.

IDK... seems like there are a lot of reasons to clear the scene. Not sure how serious over chili-ing yourself can be. I'd imagine swelling and asphyxiation is a high risk?
