winter weather appreciation thread

For those who love the snow, sleet, ice and freezing rain that occurs during this season.

I'm currently enjoying the first taste of such weather and couldn't be happier. I've ruled out the possibility of going to work tomorrow, the whiskey is flowing on a Sunday night and I have my scarf and gloves ready. Nighttime is the best time for this sort of weather to start falling. Hard to top the peacefulness of a nice burn ride through the country when the snow first starts falling. Doesn't look like tomorrow will bring much opportunity for sledding, but I remain optimistic!

For those who love the winter weather, share on....

For those who hate this shit, please refrain. We know its a bitch to drive in, fucks things up, makes people go crazy at the grocery store and looks nasty days later.

Millions of pieces of absolute uniqueness are falling, yet collectively form a common ground. If only society could mend so well.......

One of my fondest memories is from my Jr. year of college, having sex with my girlfriend between classes, while the snow fell outside my window. Nothing inspires me more to want to cozy up and get warm with someone than that kind of day.

I love the snow we got last night. We are supposed to get lots more tonight..

I got to say it's a bitch for some to drive on but i don;t have any trouble.

It's supposed to be super snowy here for my bday:/ gonna hafta do up drunkass sledding. Totally over the snow though

here in georgia it snowed about 4-5 inches and they shut down the univeresity so no work for me and no work tommorow either! the big question is , do i get paid or not
