Fuck Georgians.
Man so it snowed like 5 inches in Atlanta like 3 days ago. Anyhow, regardless of the fact that it snows inches EVERY year, people down here refuse to accept that snow is a part of life and do not prepare for the shit. Thus EVERYTHING shuts down, and the roads go to chaos.
Why is this a fucking problem now? Loaned my car to a girl friend because her 330i can't make it up the roads. And now I'm high and hungry with no car and my pizza place is closed. Such bullshit. If you're in Georgia, get to work bitch. |

Man, 5 inches is nothing. Stop being a pussy. I noticed when I was in North Carolina over the holiday, they had like 6 inches of snow and man I saw people in the ditches all over the place.

five inches is nothing, up here we gotta dig 8 feet up just to get out of the house, and its so cold that when you spit it freezes before it hits the ground, and if you want to take a piss you gotta have a buddy with you to knock the icicles off.

San Diego is the same way but with rain. 4 inches in a day and the freeways slow to a crawl, there is a class 2 rapids course in front of my house and anything and everything floods immediately, leaving businesses closed and many parts of the city unreachable. They almost had to call off the poinsettia bowl because of a few inches which caused Qualcomm to flood with over a million gallons.
Someone needs to tell SD that just because it is sunny 97% of the time, that doesn't mean you don't have to plan for a wee bit of rain

I thought its pretty funny that here in SC we got maybe 4 inches, and .25 of ice and schools have been shut down since Monday. In PA where Im from they got 5 inches the other night and only had 2 hour delays.
But yeah Fuck Georgians for their stupid asses doing the speed limit or less in the left lane, 90% of the time its a Georgia plate that refuses to get over. Fuck that shit

People from the south don't know how to drive on snow because they don't get much snow. Atlanta gets an average of 2.5" per year. So I would imagine 5" at one time is pretty overwhelming for them.
As far as plows and all that goes....why have a bunch of equipment around you don't need very often. I wouldn't want to pay to house and maintain a bunch of crap that only gets used every blue moon. Would you? I'm already pissed enough over where my tax dollars are being spent. ![]() The people around here know to stock up their fridge when a storm's coming. It actually gets comical. I live in the Ohio Valley. Some of the hardest weather to predict in the world. We never know for sure what we're gonna get. Rain, snow or ice. It's usually ice. I still don't know how to drive on a solid sheet of ice. Does anyone? My sis and good friend live in Georgia. I think I'm a bit defensive.
