Whistleblower’s home raided by armed FDLE agents : Liberty Underground

So both parties on the phone are aware of recording, therefor no law can be violated with the recording.. They somehow get a search warrant and sieze everything, yet he hasn't even charged with a crime... Sounds like armed robbery to me by people who are in fear of what this American has on file about them, and have even gone as far as restricting him from public lands even though he is properly permitted logger, and now can not make a living.

How is shit like this allowed to happen. Is our entire Country just completely fuckd?

Something like this happened in Maryland, where a state trooper pulled some guy over and was acting like an ass. The cop got recorded and put online, and subsequently the guy who got pulled over/made the recording got called on some shitty wiretapping law designed to protect citizens from the government.

My favorite part of cops using wire tapping laws against citizens is the fact that cops are continually making recordings of their encounters with citizens without letting them know so. Even when they're not in front of the dash cameras, cops have wireless microphones that record their conversations to a hard drive in the car. The system they use up here is called ICOP, lots of departments nationwide have something similar.

Which just brings me to my main points, which are buy guns and never speak with the police.
