Let's walk 10,000 miles!

Just like the sit up thread.

Add your mileage and maybe a short description of where you went, what you saw.

I NEED MOTIVATION FUCKERS!

In the last four days I have covered:

Day 1 was a trip to Hellman Park, AKA 'The Hills', this is where I grew up so a walk through here is literally a walk in the park, or so I thought. I'm not a teenager any more it seems. Although it was only a mile, there is a two hundred foot vertical rise. One mile.

1 mile

Day 2 was a trip on our neat 'Greenway Trail' from my house in the middle to my friend Danny's house near the end. The trail is a five mile long former railroad thru-way that is now a paved, lit and landscaped walking/biking trail. 5 miles

6 miles

Day 3 was a trip on the trail in the other direction, gotta see how the other half lives. Flat, paved, well traveled. Most smiles per mile for sure. 4 miles.

10 miles

Day 4 was back towards Danny's but I shied off on the last half mile and passed on the pause at my buddies house and decided to just turn around and head back. Saturday morning and the trail is a-bustling with weekend warriors cramming a weeks worth into a couple hours. 4 miles

14 miles

Walk it, run it, bike it, skate it... Whatever!

(By the way, the goal is to see my dick in the shower again without having to bend forward, help me achieve my goal!)

I walk on average from my house down to that place and back and sometimes some other places so like ... 45 minutes to an hour a day? Not including standing up, wandering, etc, only going from point A to B.

I walk a lot more than your average person. Friend of mine was complaining about not wanting to walk from his place to the liquor store because it's so far. I'm like, 'i walk that same walk twice a day'

But counting miles? That's like counting calories while lying on your back tapping your exposed nutsack with a pink translucent ruler muttering 'i like it when i can smell my dingleberries mommy'

Nahhh man, transportation mileage don't count. We could all tack a few miles a day moving around, I'm looking for 'things to do so I don't die' mileage. You know exercise.

I can give you 12 miles a week in skating alone. I'll give you an average for walking in a few days.

So, by the looks of it, the running total is now 26.

i walk or cycle almost everywhere. i don't really consider it exercise either but it definitely burns calories and if you walk quickly you can elevate your heart rate for a long time which is extremely good for you.
