So after posting that WSHH video at another forum, theres a 20+ page thread of people raging, people doing detective work figured out the strip club, now a youtube videos been made, other sites are being contacted, all to fuck this guys life.

yay me.

oh and Geeno, cliffs: bouncer comes in restroom at strip club telling man to empty his pockets. accuses him of drug dealing. dudes obviously not doing anything wrong. bouncers goes through phone, beats him, makes him get on his knees praising him, then steals his money.

Yep, this video is online. I would walk back in that club, talk to a manager and show him the video demanding a large settlement or I was calling a lawyer. Also a demand that that bouncer be fired of course.

That video shows the bouncer assaulting him, breaching his privacy, probably a case for kidnapping since he locked him in the room. It's pretty much a money basket for that kid.

I wish someone would do that to me one day so I could fucking own them.

Also, I hope he was dealing drugs but was smart enough not to keep them in his pockets, thus why the bouncer came up empty handed. I bet the bouncer was hoping he would flip out at some point (like when he started going through his phone, wtf?) so he could just beat him and say he was being unruly, giving him reason to throw the guy out.

lol the kid would be lucky to get anything from the club. they would basically have had to instructed the bouncer to beat/rob innocent clients in order for them to be liable. (edit: on further thought, i suppose he could prove that the club knew this was going on and did nothing to stop it, but that would be insanely hard to prove) he may be able to sue the bouncer himself, but that would likely be a waste of money.

There are two major reasons why it doesn't matter:

1) Even if he was, and it can be proven, the bouncer's actions are still not justified
2) I'd bet almost anything they CAN'T prove he was dealing

So if he was dealing, what's his motivation? Well, money of course. If he's a dealer, he's small time, or he wouldn't be working the strip club circuit. The payout from a lawsuit, and this one is in the bag, would be several years worth of small time drug deals, and completely legal.

Get this through your heads; what the bouncer did was WRONG, both ethically and legally, and he WILL be going to jail.
