I woke up at 3 AM dehydrated as all hell from my drinking the night before. I was like 'hmmmm I just bought some OJ, that should sate my thirst'. I proceeded to drink about a quart of orange juice. Now it's 6am and the heartburn is keeping me up. I drank some more rum and smoked a little but I'm still wide awake. I have work in 4.5 hours. What should I do?

I could have told you that OJ is not the best late night drunken cleansor, but I have been there many times.

The worst is when you actually make it through the night without waking up for water. Damn those mornings suck.

I probably drink my weight in water every day, and I could swear it's the cure for everything. Maybe not the serious stuff, I mean I wouldn't recommend attempting to cure cancer by chugging a shit ton of water. But it works wonders on headaches, hangovers, skin problems, fatigue... and definitely cottonmouth.

Agree with this statement. In Army basic training the cure for everythng was "drink water". We mostly sweated it out... but it is true. Water does make everything better.
IV's are the greatest. I love being friends with my medics... hungover? Ok let the new private poke you until he hits a vein and you can get an IV.
