For some reason, all the smartass bullies in my HS were little guys, and they usually picked on the quiet types who just wanted to be left alone. But every once in awhile, one of those quiet kids would just lose it, and beat the holy living shit out of one of those kids. A friend of mine was one of these kids, and the funny thing is, after he beat the snot out of one kid, one of the kid's buddies decided to keep picking on him, and got HIS ass kicked for it as well. It can be quite a thing, seeing a nice guy reach the end of his rope, and just go nuts.
BTW, I know I've said this before, but it bears repeating: we only have two institutions in our society where daily fear of violence and harassment are the norm; one is school, the other is prison.  The Rev
