The chicken pie.. before and after. Friends came over and said it was awesome. It was. No pictures of inside.. because it went fast..

Ah good grief those chocolate chip cookies look real good!
I've lost ten pounds since Christmas due to vegetarianism and portion control but I swear to God I'd forget everything and not care if I was high and those cookies were around. |

I really like cooking, really fancy stuff but i don't usually eat it though, just taste
![]() i cook for the ladies they seem to dick it. My latest was prawns and hamour sizzling.

I moved out a house in to an apartment so I don't have a cooker.. but.. I just bought this electric grill thing.. so bring on the grilling! I just made four different marinades for chicken kebabs tonight.
1. Honey, pepper and lime 2. Worcester sauce, pepper and milk 3. Garlic, pepper and milk 4. Chili paste, pepper and curry powder I mixed them all in mugs and then sliced the chicken and split it between each. They are sitting in the fridge now just marinating away. To add to the kebabs I have cherry tomatoes, onions, red onions, bell pepper and pineapple. Awww man.. its gonna be good. Its fun to just mix stuff together and see how it turns out. I intend to let them sit in the fridge for at least several hours.. then skewer them and brush some of the sauce on just before grilling. Will post pics later of the results... M |

Low Fat Lemon Cookies
![]() Don't be fooled by the fact that these are low in fat and calories, they are EPIC. You can also make them in other flavors like chocolate or strawberry. 1 box lemon cake mix 1 small (8 oz) container lite whipped topping 6 tablespoons egg whites 1/2 cup powdered sugar ★ Empty the entire container of whipped topping into a mixing bowl. Add egg whites and mix thoroughly. ★ Pour the box of cake mix into the bowl. Mix to create a thick, sticky batter. ★ Since the batter is so tacky, refrigerate for an hour or so before attempting to form your cookies. ★ Once cooled, drop a spoonful of the batter into a bowl of powdered sugar. Roll to coat. Continue until all the batter is gone, and use any remaining sugar to dust the tops of the cookies. ★ Place cookies on lightly greased baking sheets and bake at 350° for 10-14 minutes. ★ Check at 10 minutes and every two minutes after. Remove cookies when they are a light golden brown around the edges. ★ These will firm up a little as they cool, but they are meant to be a light, fluffy cookie. I altered the recipe a bit, but you can find the original here.
