Are you overweight?

There are hundreds of definitions for a healthy weight, and each of them is widely debated. However, I have cut throught all the confusion, and come up with a single question that will determine whether you are overweight or not. A yes answer to this question means you have to lose weight, and a no answer means you're within a healthy weight range.

Here is the question:

Are you straining to wipe alway all the poo, when you wipe your ass?

If you're having difficulty effectively reaching your own butthole, you need to lose weight. If not, you're good.

I hope this public service announcement proves helpful.

I don't really think there's actually any debate about overweight/obese. It goes by body fat percentage. Sorry to be the party pooper.

I strain sometimes, not cuz I'm overweight, but sometimes it comes like an explosion and there's like a perfect, wet brown circle covering where my ass hangs into the bowl and I gotta get it all. Usually when that happens I just shower or get one of my dogs to lick it off.
