pretty cool. i never knew about this before. I have seen lots of things talking about the gap between science education in america versus china and india and the rest... but the idea that the same types of arguments were being made in the late 1950s and between the us and russia.... and i guess if you think about it the same arguments were being made about japan in the 80s....

everything just comes around again.... (and if your a gun toting bible thumping american you know that we keep comming out on top w00t w00t)
