It's not his pen, it's one of those expensive Parker's they use for ceremonial agreement signings, this is the president of the Czech Republic

I got it last night, but that clarification makes it all more worth the while

It my parody of that video, by the end of it everyone is still there on the floor, naked but the Czech Pres is stilling there clothed on a chair with bulging pockets and maybe a few Czech soldiers in the back ground carrying off desks and what not. All the while, people just sit and smile like nothing happened.
