Fucking Kansas

Just found out one of my best friends has been in jail for like a week on trafficking charges with $50,000 cash only bail. The story at this point is that he somehow got caught selling a small bag of weed and the cops searched his cell phone and somehow decided he was a big deal. But the thing is, I know this guy was not selling large quantities of dope or anything. Seriously, he's just a broke college student that usually doesn't even have a bag of his own. I assume he had an ounce and was just selling a small bag to a friend. Perhaps he got set-up or ended up in over his head in a bad situation, details at this point are sparse. 21 yrs old and screwed by some backwards ass Kansas cops. Pure Frustration. This is fucked. Any advice?

lol my friends on probation in kansas right now living in a homeless shelter.

he was smoking a blunt driving through at 3AM and got caught. They kept his RV and well... there he is, homeless and on probation in Kansas.

damn that fucking sucks. Kansas is so beat. I'll probably never step foot into that state.

kid shoulda known better then to sell weed in that retarded as fuck state.

Sorry tho i got no advice. get him a lawyer. 50,000 dollar bail is fuckin ridiculous....

so if/when we go into the "Apocalypse of the day after tomorrow 2012", do you think that the people in jail will know, or will they just hang out until someone comes and frees them all?
