What do you guys think about that?
would you try it? anyone heard about it/done it?

read the article. Its a chemical said to induce lucid dreaming.

seems interesting. im not sure i want to induce sleep paralysis, though. i think lucid dreaming can be made to happen just by being more mindful in your waking life, and there are other techniques that can help increase lucidity.

still, cool article. maybe something to try if i get up the nerve

the combination of prescription drugs I am on have allowed me to lucid dream more frequently. I'm getting really good at it.

I was lucid dreaming last night. flight isn't possible to me. hovering or levitating is very common though, that is intense.

last night I would jump once, jump another time a little higher, jump a third time and was able to jump about 10-15 feet. I also tried to pass through a door, which wasn't possible. interesting to discover the limits of your dreams. usually I can do just about anything but there are still limits.

I can create and manipulate just about any kind of physical background setting or environment. for instance I created a background of trees and also created animals. mostly deer from what I remember.

another incident I was in deep water, like a lake of some sort, with no land in sight. I created a pier and was able to pull myself out of the water.

Flight is possible but not without some kind of crude mechanism, usually they are made of cardboard or other light weight materials, and it's more like soaring then flying. but those ones are really fun.

the weirdest/scariest moment I've had so far..I was having a bad dream, I dont remember what it was exactly but I didn't like it, so I figured I'd jump from this high precipice to end the dream. however I was so uncertain if it was reality or not that I was too scared to jump. that was a little fucked.
