while I realize this is just one case I seriously doubt it is the only recorded incident where a gun saved a possible victim (especially a woman's) life.
just posted this one because it was headlines.

It would be impossible in this country to repeal the 2nd Amendment, because the people you would need to enforce it are also it's biggest supporters. Cops and military LOVE the 2nd amendment, and take full advantage of it.

im actually interested in the legality aspect of this. is she going to be charged with anything?
in some states if you kill someone in your home you are still going to be charged with murder. Castle doctrine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

no charges. lol all you silly fucks actually think she was in the wrong for blasting that guy? yeah. he's dead alright. good riddance. trying to break into houses and rape 50 year old women.
If you are going to take the risk of breaking into an elderly woman's home and try to rape her at knife point than you'd better be god damn prepared to accept the consequences which is possibly getting shot to death.

I think I am more in the wrong for assuming she is hot, than she is for killing that guy.

Good post MIB!! That dude was a worthless fuck!! He deserved what he got. And technically the dumb ass killed himself for being.. Guess what.. a dumbass!! I feel bad for his family and the elderly lady not him. She deserves a metal for not giving up after the curtain rod didn't work and taking an opportunity when it was presented to her. Smart lady a lot women to don't act when they could have wind up missing or in the obituary section. Mad props to her

Dude definitely deserved it. Also, with the woman being elderly, it's likely that the gun was the only thing that could have saved her life. Any sort of hand-to-hand retaliation probably would've failed.
Also the whole, guns or no guns debate seems strange to me. Guns exist. Deal with it.
