i was honestly thinking about getting a pot leaf tatooed on my inner lip. that way i dont get the whole stigma, and i wont ever regret it, but i still have something funny to show my friends when we're smoking.

dont really wanna drop the cash on it though

Yep, I'm glad I never got one, not one. I think you look like a trendy follower with them now-a-days when 25 years ago they used to be unique. Today a person looks more like an individual with out them than those who are fooling themselves thinking they are somehow "cutting edge". I've had my tat for about 10 years, and gave it 10 years thought before I got it. I like it more now that when I originally got it, too. I wasn't trying to be cool; I don't have to try at that.

I've seen some pretty gay tattoos in my day, but there are many things I find more unattractive than a few tattoos. Like at work one day, some fat dude started telling me how much I ruined my body by getting tattoos. If I weren't such a lady I would have let him know that he could only dream of looking as good as I do nekked, regardless of my tattoos. I mean if that's not his preference or yours, that's fine. But you wouldn't find me going up to this chubby bastard saying "You're too fucking fat to ever light my fire and I just thought you should know that". Just go after the ones that fit your tastes and let the others be.

The worst is when people have like a tattoo that says D Weezy and I'm dumb enough to ask what D Weezy means and I have to hear a lame ass hour long story about their friend D Weezy who killed himself but was such a great guy and that's why they got a tattoo with his lame nickname on their body because apparently they have the memory of a goldfish and need constant reminders of how their friends are dead.

I am still thinking about getting something. I have seen lots that I like and lots that I don't. I think it depends on the person and what their reason for getting it was. I can't agree witjh any statements like 'tattoos suck' or 'tattoos are cool', because in reality all things are somewhere in between.
