Who is on probation/or was recently?

I am - can't smoke weed for a year for fear of random drug tests. Fucking bull-shit. Probation is for two years but the random and is for 1 while I complete stupid classes.

But I can drink, do crack/heroin (I don't do these things), etc, but weed will be detected! BULLSHIT as weed is what helps me stay calm/what I prefer.

Lets just say I am required to attend classes and I can never go to Canada, even though it is a mistermeaner. BULL-SHIT and my life is ruined somewhat in terms of my 10 year state job due to upper management now targeted me.

believe it or not, taking a break from smoking pot isnt the end of the world.

I'm gonna be off in a few weeks thank God. Deferred sentence so it should be expunged and I can travel and shit. Also Montana has medical marijuana so I just got on that and the POs don't care about me smoking anymore.

If the offense was drug related you're more likely to get UAed. If it was alcohol/violence/theft related count on less UAs but more surprise home visits.

was on papers for 4 months when i was 16. also some prior time in juvie. ain't had no problems since then besides a misdemeanor pot charge. which doesnt even go on my record. so my slate is clean, thank jesus.

From the sounds of it, just a regular DUI. I know lotsa guys around here with them and even if it's not, this wonderful state gives UAs for most any kind of probation. Don't get why people get piss tested when they get caught driving drunk though.

I have considered looking into this myself just for the legal aspects of getting my ass out of trouble, since I had a run in with Johnny PoPo a few months ago.

Everything went well, and considering it's been 10 years of smoking and the stuff I used to do etc.... getting a gram taken away was child's play.

However, the whole scene was bunk, and I probably didn't need to be as cooperative as I was. I got pulled over for ''touching the line'', in day light hours, in a moving truck and had long hair....

My opinion that cop went to nigger college and pegged me hard when he saw me passing through small town Ontario.

So when he got a gram he actually laughed and told the other cop he was wasting his time...

... I wasn't laughing though.

That is a long ass story in itself...

But it got me thinking... I wouldn't mind not having the stress of that shit again... and I DO think if I'm going to self medicate it mid as well be official

So let me know what you know/how you went about it.
