Synthetic weed any good? I'm trying it & need advice

I just order 9 grams of wicked x ($109, $11 cheaper than 1/4 of my usual high grade). I can't smoke real weed for a year due to the possibility of being drug tested and am wanting to get baked bad (it's been about 5 months now!). I've never gone the synthetic route, but have recently read lots of positive reviews. However, I thought I would ask the experts: How does this and other synthetics compare?

Ellis D. made a comeback comment (been aware for years) a few weeks ago saying they were pretty good and I value his wisdom. Others?

eh, its not the best. not the worst either. i would recommenced just buying the pure chemical (jwh variations, i've had success with 122). you can dip your cigarettes in it or put a little in a vape. plus its a lot cheaper (a gram of the chemical can be like $20, which is like an oz of the herbal). the herbs they use for the blends can be pretty harsh on the lungs.

So I got a total of about a 1/2 coming for under $200.

Real cannabis does none of these things.

If you are looking to get inebriated it does the trick. If you are looking for a drug that people know something about, has been tested for safety, and isn't just random chemicals made to look like weed shipped out by immoral, callous assholes than go someplace else.

But seriously, short term probably won't kill you but be careful man, as far as known drugs go, this synthetic weed shit is the Twilight Zone.

having done a good 4 grams of jwh-018 freebased, ill say its not a good thing. you never really know what you're getting for one thing (especially when buying "potpourri" at the baccy shop); even when you know, it's still synthetic.

offtopic but i recall a year ago i binged on mephedrone all night and had an interview in the morning. i stopped snorting three hours beforehand but about two hours before the meeting, i smoked some jwh in the bubble i had severe heart arrhythmia. I'm talking 200~bpm give or take.

my advice would be to only smoke a hit and wait several minutes. its sad that our policy has forced people to smoke fake ganja

I would never smoke a blend I didn't make myself. I trust some chinese chemist to do the real work for me ( More stupid in the scheme of things-but that aside), but I only know the guy I know is legitimate. And that's only as far as the synthesis. Who knows about long term.

You made some really bad decisions. You're almost sure to be disappointed with commercial blends, as the motive is pure profit. As little pure chemical as will produce effect for the maximum price.

And synthetic weed is a misnomer. Weed replacement these are not. Shouldn't be expected to be as such. This stuff is like a stone with a psychedelic type tolerance. And it can wear off as quickly as twenty minutes, depending on which actives are present. Pretty shaky stuff just buying some random blend, with no knowledge of content or volume of content. Start small obviously, because there have been a few cases of people getting blends that were too potent-but more often than not people try them once and then move on....rightly so, too, I'd say.

I had a bunch of psychotic episodes that certainly weren't helped out by the massive consumption of jwh-018 during the time I was unhealthy. It's entirely possible to ingest a large enough dose of chemical that's active in the single milligram range (like that one) to precipitate symptoms like others and myself have described in this thread. Definitely not a weed replacement, sir. no free lunch.

And even this will be going away soon because of the immense popularity these marijuana-alikes* presents such a rash danger to today's youth! And other such misleading headlines.

Try it, deal with the fact that you're on probation, and move on.

ketamine shares many similarities with pcp, yet I would not see one racing to say they're basically the same.

Kind of the same thing here. Cannabinoid =/= thc/cbd type effects.
