OK, WTF is this!?!
its freaking my wife out. found it inside.



it has 8 legs that have suction feet on the bottom
it looks like a goddamn fishing lure.

i can't find it online. help plz. asap.

edit: 8 legs that are easy to see. there looks lie 6 additional legs, not exactly sure, they are very small and hard to see

that is definitely a caterpillar.

I don't know what species. it might be a genetic freak.

that can happen in all living things.


it could be a moth. they have weird looking larval stages.

i was basing my statement on the assumption that he doesnt live in the rainforest based on the fact that he didnt know what it was.

very minimal searching effort, but white-marked tussock moth caterpie looks pretty close. except yours needs a shape-up. very cool though.

yeah, after a little bit of searching i came up qith the same thing.


then my dad (fishing guy) told me right away lol.
but it is the tussock moth larvae.
