After seeing so many people complain about one member for the last week at least, I decided to try this thread (until some mod closes it).

Growing up in public schools there were always kids that constantly bragged about how smart they were. The thing is intelligence can be expressed in many ways. If you think it's okay to brag about how many things you've memorized, you don't have a well rounded intelligence. Maybe you're great at regurgitating things you've read, but you lack the ability to bring it back into the world gracefully. There is a spectrum of peoples ability to communicate and interact with the world, and if you've not figured out how to do it in a way that people can understand and relate to - you're not better off than a person who has nothing of value to share with the world at all.

I especially appreciate the tl:dr

On a quasi-related topic I never really understood how "shirt-lifter" referenced gay behavior. Straight guys lift girls shirts as well and possibly more frequently and with more gusto than gay guys.

I'd be terrible at that. In speech, I have to simplify my train of thought to the point where I just sound condescending. I can't do small talk. The only things I can speak at length about make the people around me feel stupid. Or at least that's the most common complaint.

I'll probably end up running a lab and have employees that hate me.

I dunno....he seems like a down to earth, honest and very intelligent person to me....great people skills as well.

could u tell some hooker stories please? Not being sarcastic...hooker stories are usually pretty good.

yahooka is really lacking in them right now. We lost Tantric and Rob Kelly too. Rob was always down for some hooker action if i remember right.
