I guess I'm a little old school but usually every Sunday I try to make something good for the family. Since my old lady can't boil water I do the cooking.

Todays Menu: Roasted Whole Chicken, Home-made Spanish Rice and some kind of veggie haven't made up my mind yet but probably something easy like creamed peas plus a killer field green salad fresh from the garden.

I had grilled chicken marinated in a garlic, herb,balsamic vinegar marinade, grilled yellow squash, grilled baked potato and tomato-cucumber-onion salad with basil and blue cheese dressing and garlic bread The best part was I growed everything except the chicken, garlic bread and garlic. Oh, and a couple of Fat Tire brews from New Belgium Brewing Company.... yum
