Usually im pro-british people

But this shit blows my mind. Are you guys seriously this frustrated at simple american phrases? You fucking nerds need to lighten up.

BBC News - Americanisms: 50 of your most noted examples

Is this just the old british people complaining about the new way of doing things or do all british people actually frown upon american dialects?

14. I caught myself saying "shopping cart" instead of shopping trolley today and was thoroughly disgusted with myself. I've never lived nor been to the US either. Graham Nicholson, Glasgow

If you were really pro-British Waves you would renounce your rebel ancestry and declare your allegiance to the Queen.

I've heard deplane, because I've been deplaned.
I've also heard "Winningest" but it was used in a Charlie Sheen/onlinememe kinda way. Still unacceptable.
Regardless - who the fuck cares? I like when people talk different. It's why I love Lloydy. Idk wtf that kid is sayin half the time. Makes me laugh.

i like "fire brigade" instead of "fire department" we should start saying that here.

i also think we should start calling the "hoods" of our cars "bonnets."
