if a friend of yours shows you something they say is funny on youtube or if you were watching a show that is usually funny or someone tells you a story they think is funny and you are way too high to laugh or care

i find this happens to me
such as when the new season of The office started i smoked before it started a few times and it didnt seem funny but im thinking it was the writing cause as the season progressed it got better

also ive had people show me a video and say you will laugh its so funny but it isnt cause im high

anyways thats it im drunk and high

the office sucks. i really don't like sitcoms in general tho. the only one i ever watched was rosanne back in the day and that was before i smoked. i found when something is suppose to be funny, it often is watered down. i can't stand stand up generally

i appreciate daniel tosh's style of comedy. but to be honest i feel like i start to act like he does after watching for a while lol. not the best thing to be cutting into your friends with sarcasm haha

as for the OP, i kinda know what youre saying. i remember when i first started smoking i felt like it made me see a girl who i always thought was incredibly beautiful as being less beautiful. i think its just how your perception changes.. or maybe you are just too stoned out and your brain is running low on chemicals..

The Office is one of those things where I end up leaving it on if nothing else is on and I'm in the middle of dishes or making dinner or something. It just ...isn't very well done. It has it's moments where I "heh!" at it, but no real laughs. Shit like According to Jim, etc. I legit laugh. Even Everybody Loves Raymond, which I've seen all of a bajillion times. Such better laughs than the Office. Never really understood the appeal. I also hate Carrell in it, which is weird because I LOVE some of Carrell's acting.
