Ummm, try not to hit anything...
DON'T HIT THE TREE!
We have time for this shit while the world economy crumbles around us? Ted, where's the cabin?!! Quote:
19 out of 38 people weren't wearing a bucket when they smacked the tree. Someone run down to the store and get me a pack of Lucky's and a quart of Vodka would ya, this is fucking tragic and I need to cope.

What kind of idiot parent lets their child go skiing/snowboarding without a helmet?
those people should be sterilized and have existing kids removed. they are clearly incompetent. |

to be honest this would actually save money. imagine how many fewer emergency rooms visit that would equate to per season. it would add up. i think they follow the same logic with seatbelt laws

Nah nah... see it's their little soft craniums which make it that much more safer for me when I plow over them on the slopes because I don't know how to stop real well.

You just solved it merc.
Trees and a lack of helmets isn't the problem, it's a lack of child-padding attached to those trees.

Actually , I do very much feel like hitting something , but it's not a tree.
after saving for a dsl line installation, I finally ordered it today, and will get the wireless router , etc. tomorrow via UPS....however also got an email shortly after stating, Service Ready Date*: Due to a temporary strike, we're unable to schedule a Service Ready Date at this time. A Verizon representative will contact you as soon as a date becomes available. You will not be billed for any equipment or service usage until your High Speed Internet is provisioned in our network. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. So I still am on shitty borrowed internet, to check on my accounts, browse, etc. till fuck knows when ![]() so I replied to the email notice with this, Uh yea, The sales representative said nothing about a strike interfering with my service being established. He clearly stated that service is usually ready within 3 business days. I expect that to be honored, since that's what I agreed to. If this is going to take weeks or months, then just cancel this order...and I'll reject the equipment shipment.....I need internet connectivity NOW. Thank You,

My ISP is pretty good. I got 3 free months a because and idiot at one of their call centres put me on basic speed with like 10gigs a month when I wanted unlimited. It was actually 4 free months because I got the first month credited.
