If it came down to it, do you have what it takes to kick some ass? And have you ever been a man and challenged another man to a fight and meant it? Or do you take shit from others and stand down because you don't want them to hurt you?

Personally, I fall into the latter. If someone gives me a little comment, attitude or look that I find offensive, I do my best to let it go. I tell myelf to be mature, be smart and move on. But what good does that do? What difference would it really make if instead of turning the other cheek I stepped up to everyone who ever offends me and tell them I'm ready and willing to beat them into the ground.

Fighting is only natural. So why not have nature on your side and use your ass kicking power!

The only fight I ever got in back in high school I lost. It wasnt a bad loss but a loss none the less. I was always more afraid of losing a fight and being embarrased then afraid of getting hurt. But at least I manned up and got a few shots in.

I'm kind of a hot head at times so I wouldnt be surprised if I find myself in a fist fight at some point in the future.

I only fight in self defence. And thankfully I've only had to do it a couple times. The one time I managed to trip the guy and run away, and the other time mounted to getting a few quick and aggressive strikes to the nose and windpipe and then I booked it.

It's not about just winding up in a fight. it's about stepping up to people who assume they hold any real power over you. What it all boils down to is fight or flight. That's basic instinct man. When a situation calls for it are you fully prepared to fight, verbally OR phyiscally... or are you gonna run away?

I've never pussed out either though. Almost been in a few fights with drunk idiots but nothing serious.


Id fight to protect. Myself or anyone else. If i saw someone getting beat on the streets really bad and weapons werent involved, i like to think i would step in(but idk never being put in that situation before).

Part of me honestly would like to be put in a situation where i have to stand up to protect someone or myself. Another part of me really doesnt want to get punched in the nose...

Im not one to want to fight someone because i dont like them though. Getting physical is not a natural response for me. Im more of a "wtf are you serious?! leave me alone you crazy bastard" kinda guy. I try to disable the argument by explaining how pointless it is to continue.

My style always has been just being friendly and likeable enough where nobody has ever wanted to fight me. It has worked the first 20 years of my life.



but yeah never been put in the situation honestly, that being said id probably get my ass kicked after getting punched in the face for the first time in my life...

Situation:
You are walking around at night with your hot young girlfriend in a not so great area in town. You start getting followed and harassed by a small group of some corner negros. You keep walking and they keep following you.

what do you do?


i think id probably take off running with my girl, if she couldnt keep up and they were chasing us id have to turn to fight. Id grab a brick or anything i could and fight dirty as hell.



But yeah, point being is i really dont think it is always a "pussy" move to run or avoid fights. 99% of the time the argument isn't worth it to hurt someone or get hurt yourself.

Is it really worth hurting someone over getting insulted or talked down to? i personally dont think so. I feel like your self worth would have to be garbage if something some random stranger says can bring you to the point of violence in defense.
Why not just let it roll off your shoulders?

Last time i checked, avoiding stupid actions was a smart move...

People have never really messed with me. I suppose if someone tried getting physical with a family member I would step in and start pummeling. I got in fights a lot when I was a kid, and as I remember, as soon as it got going, any fear of getting hurt that I might have had evaporated, and I just went ballistic on the other kid. I figure it would be the same now. I can get pretty angry.

When it comes down to it, when its really fight or flight, I fight. But its also usually cuz I was talking mad shit and whomever I was riding on decided they were tired of it. Lost ALOT of fights when I lived in Houston lol. Gawd, I was a skinny white 13 year old with a big ass mouth. Now Im a big ass 20 year old with the same big ass mouth, but my hands are alot heavier lol. Though its been almost a year since I last got into a fist fight. If you ask me, I won. But I'm sure the other guy will say the same thing. Like it really fucking matters, right?

Never should you in moments of passion try to up the stakes...Just do enough to resolve the conflict and move on....This is if your combatant is of sound mental being...You have to handle situations involving Inebriation and those on shaky mental footing, differently...


Regarding offense:

As for starting fights, It's not really my bag...I do talk alot of shit and tend to get people heated like i do here here, but I tend to not push people to their breaking point, my razzing/truths are only meant for mutual laughs/growth...Also I didn't have any brothers so I didn't get much of that kick ass to teach/shut up/just cause shit, until football...
