Something is missing

Fuck, something feels off today. I feel like there is something I'm neglecting to take care of or forgetting about. Not on yahoooka, but with life in general. I'm not feeling bad, exactly. I just feel incomplete at the moment. Ever get that feeling? Now?

I need advice/suggestions on what to do.

(upon writing this, I remember I'm supposed to clean my car today. I still would like some guidance tho, thx)

My sister was a complete cunt to me while I was still drinking morning coffee and I cussed her out. Threw off my day.

Friend --

We're looking for sharp folks to be fall fellows in Pennsylvania.(((Loca tion: The States)))

If you're interested in organizing, you should apply now.

Obama for America | 2012 | Fall Fellows Information

And if you know someone who might be interested, please forward this note.

Our state will be an important battleground in 2012. The organizing we do now will have a huge impact on Election Day -- and the fall fellows will be on the front lines, helping to build our grassroots strategy and recruit as many volunteers as we can for the months to come.

You should apply or pass this on to someone who might.

Thanks,

Aletheia

Aletheia Henry
Pennsylvania State Director
Organizing for America

-----------------Original Message-----------------
From: Sara El-Amine, BarackObama.com
Subject: Know anyone looking to organize this fall?

Friend --

I'm the national training director at Obama for America. My job is to develop the programs and resources our staff and volunteers use to teach others how to grow this campaign in their communities.

I'm writing because you or someone you know might want to be among a group of people who will play the leading role in our grassroots strategy this fall. They're called our fall fellows.

By now you've probably heard of our summer organizers program, through which more than 1,500 full-time volunteer organizers have stepped up as the next generation of leaders in this movement. These folks have been the focus and the heart of our movement all summer, and though each and every one of them will remain a part of this organization, their time as Summer Organizers ends next month.

The job of fall fellows is to pick their work up and carry it forward into the months to come.

Our fall fellows are going to engage new volunteers on front porches and over the phones. They'll register new voters and develop relationships with other organizers and supporters on campuses and in communities. The people selected will be on the front lines of the most important work we do as a campaign: bringing people together at the local level.

Apply to be a fall fellow right now -- or pass this message along to someone else you think would be great:

Obama for America | 2012 | Fall Fellows Information

Organizing is tough work. I started out as an organizing intern in Iowa in 2007, and I can tell you firsthand that the hours can be long, often extending late into the evening and over the weekend. But this will be one of the most rewarding and inspiring things you'll ever do. It's through organizing that I've met some of my closest friends and learned the skills I use in my job every day.

So even if you're not in a position to join us part- or full-time in the months to come, I really hope you'll forward this message to someone you know who might be.

This kind of organizing isn't just how we plan to win this election. It's a reflection of the kind of politics that we believe in -- the kind the President himself practiced as a young organizer working with communities devastated by factory closings in Chicago.

No experience is required -- you might be a veteran organizer or a first-time volunteer. And if you happen to be a college student, you can work with your school to earn credit through this program.

Bottom line: No matter how old you are or where you come from, it's not too often you get a chance to do something like this.

Apply now to be one of our fall fellows -- or share this message with someone you think might be interested:

Obama for America | 2012 | Fall Fellows Information

Thanks, and good luck,

Sara

Man I feel you geeno. Shit is getting real. But today i just got really fucking high and took it to myself. I don't feel like I'm hopless anymore. More like I have made dreams come true. That in itself is scary. Still haven't cleaned my car though. I just spent time on human relationships. We'lll see how tomorrow does me.

I've noticed that morning coffee time is a vulnerable to attack in that sense. It's like, once the day has been damaged, it can never go back to being as good as it was.

But then I realize I have coffee and everything is happy again.

I just started going for morning runs about three weeks ago-- on a day I had a huge motivational boost to get things I needed to get done in life SO I picked up this simple hobby in my 'freetime' i.e. before I normally wake up around 7-9am. After only running two to four times a week I've noticed HUGE beneficial results. The funny thing is, I have always considered myself NOT a running person ..for example, getting 10-15 mins for the mile run in school days sure dampered my self esteem anyway (what are we learning about endurance for if you're put on a time limit?) but for the past week and half, it's been too hot, cloudy and cold, or when I have class. So i've been missing out on these morning runs i'm still anticipating going to bed EARLY for, and excited to wake up for.. starting to feel the adverse effects, less energy through the whole day and a more gloomy attitude when I haven't gone for a run in too many days :/
I suggest you start running everymorning if possible

excersizing your muscles causes release of various neurotransmitters like serotonin as well as a BDNF which causes your brain to grow! that might explain the mood changes you feel

not to mention if you work out you will probably have more self confidence, just because you know you are "working" on you

Exercise and a good diet are prerequisites to properly enjoying all other aspects of life. You gotta take care of that stuff first.

Only then may you get busy with abusing it with drugs.

^ seriously though

I try and workout a few times a week and I play ball and really try to hustle and get winded about 2 - 3 times a week. But it seems like that really just helps keep me in neutral from all the beer drinking and pot smoking.
