Everyone has some.. post your high (as in most severe) and low addictions.. even though its all relative... as in my high may not be as high as your high..

High - Weed, sex, beer, gardening and the internet.

Low - Exercise, Tramadol, porn, music and the guitar.

high:suboxone(1mg every 20 hours or so.) coffee, daily. exercise, at least several times a week-running, yoga, calisthenics, i get depressed and anxious if I don't exercise, and I find that I smoke a lot more cannabinoid-and if a long enough time elapsed, would probably do something stupid in the way of hard(not a real thing) drugs.

low: entheogen/cannabinoid mixture, several times a week. i do use the internet too much, but i wouldn't consider it an addiction. kratom, several times a week-on a break currently however-so how big of an addiction can it be?

In the past, I've drank too much. Glad those days are behind me. Ganja is the best!

im pretty addicted to music, weed, and alcohol. i say im addicted but i think if presented with a situation where my usage of any of those became dangerous or detrimental to me i would change my ways. id say ive got it the worst for alcohol though.

Good-Music in general and the guitar for life. Lately, I have been far too critical of what I play, and overlooked the operative word for instruments which is 'play'.
Bad-My perfectionism has tainted my enjoyment recently.

Good-Borderlands on the XBOX. I am nearly consumed by this game. Since I bought it a month or so ago, it's pretty much the only game I play. I plan to go through every character class, and pick up all the DLC.
Bad-Even if I get home late from work I will still play until about 3am knowing I can't sleep in. "One more mission" is always going through my head when I shut the game down.

Good-Craft beers in general, but double IPAs and a triple now and again. I never imagined really enjoying a beer as much as I do.
Bad-Mycernary from Odell is $10 USD a four pack, though it is 9%+ ABV, and far too easy for me to justify purchasing when funds are tight.
