You know the times when you get caught smoking but not by an authority figure or parent? This thread is for those lighter memories of getting caught in the act.

One that comes to my mind happened last year. I had gotten home from work and loaded up a bowl and had some music going. I took a few puffs and then had one more, just as I sucked this in there was a knock at the door which was slightly ajar. "Oh Fuck!" so I blow the rip out away from the door and then I partially open the door, it was two lovely young ladies from the census bureau. The more innocent looking of the two cupped her hands over her face and started to giggle, I was embarrassed but it wasn't that bad. I answered the Q's and off they went, the one was still giggling.

i had a pretty funny experience like this when i first went to college.

me and a bunch of my friends were in my dorm room blazing on the 2nd day there, and then right as we started smoking knock on the door- it was the ra and he was like "i know whats going on in here" and he was like 'give me whatever you have' and even tho we all had bags and shit we were like hey man it was just a joint and we threw it out the window... so he let it slide but was like if i catch u again im calling school police...

fucking ass hole ra. all my other friends had such cool ras on their floors but mine was a total douchebag. needless to say i spent most of that year in my other friends rooms.

Well to this day he still believes that Cannabis is more harmful than tobacco and alcohol, according to my mom they were having a conversation about voting for legalization and he's completely against it and couldn't believe that my mom is for it. When I graduated high school, he searched my car and found my bong and promptly kicked me out of the house, and has stated that if he were to ever find me toking again I'd be forcibly removed for the house I'm in now (they like to buy up properties and renovate them).

My friend and I smoked out in a parking lot stairwell and when we finished we headed down the stairs first, only my friend caught a glimpse of a security guard at the bottom, so we ran up the stairs instead. when we got to the top there was another security guard waiting for us too behind a door. they had us trapped the whole time and they knew it. later they told us they wanted to let us 'fisnish' before they busted us and they had intentionally made their entrance dramatic (the guy at the top of the stairs flung open the door with a huge grin and said "HIIIIIIIIII guys!"). the cool part is they didn't turn us over to the cops or press charges or anything (we were 15), they just confiscated our sack and turned us over to our parents instead.

There is a parking garage by my old college(not related to the school, just public for downtown parking) It's 6 levels high with closed in stairwells on each corner.

Downtown Buffalo is right off of Lake Erie, so even in the late summer, the wind off the lake is very crisp, and in the winter it can be downright brutal.

So anyway there was a group of people who would go smoke and when it was particularly windy or cold we'd go to the Watchtower(top floor of the garage) and smoke.

One day there was 4 of us passing joints and bowls and we got caught by a young security guard. He was cool, told us to bounce and we weren't allowed to do it again.

So naturally, we just went to a different, less used, corner of the garage the next times.

A few weeks later about 10 of us went up to smoke and chill for about an hour.

We were getting loud and we were really putting in work on our respective bags so I don't doubt it absolutely stank of pot.

We see a security guard walking across the top level so we stash our shit and pull out cigarettes, tobacco pipes, etc and start puffing away.

The second he walks in, the elevator doors open and two security guards come out, and simultaneously two come up the stairs.

So we're cornered by 5 guards and they ask us what we were doing and we all just started blabbering about tobacco and homework and class projects and shit.

And they just busted out laughing cause we were obviously shaken.

And then they got stern and said if they catch us again, next time it would be cops showing up, not security guards.

All in all, everything went better than expected.
