luv 2 blow my nose

until now i think i've always underestimated the pleasure of blowing my nose. not that i think i have any more or less boogers than i ever did before, but it's sometimes an action i neglected.

so sometimes i'm just chilling and i wonder "something seems wrong with me. not seriously wrong but i'm just uncomfortable for some reason"...

*bing!!* i gotta blow my nose. so i grap some TP and give it a good blow and maybe i twist it up and swab up in there for good measure.

the result? why clear nasal passages of course. the benefit: excellent breathing which simply wasn't being accomplished pre-blow.

so it's like a new routine for me now. wake up: blow my nose. get out of the shower: blow my nose.

it just feels fucking spectacular.

the average nose during a cold releases about 75ml (give or take) of mucus an hour.
