Got a punching bag? Something to just punch for a while?

I find that helps, just go mike tyson on something that won't press charges.

so youre going cold turkey? ive heard vigorously working out can help by releasing endorphins, which will make you feel better, but probably wont get rid of any nicotine cravings you might be having.

I'll pick up some. If I'm going to be working out lots I'll need the sodium anyways. Double win.

When I stopped smoking cigs I rolled a pack of joints in it's place.

I made it through the 10 o clock 'cig' before I started caring or waiting for the noon cig...

Over a couple of days this broke me of it pretty free and clear.

Over the years I've still had 1-2 a year or maybe just a puff from someone after a big meal.

But all in all... it's a choice to smoke now if I do, not a habit. That's the difference, the 'why'. imo.

So idk... maybe keep a one hitter on you and get that oral fixation and it'll clear your head a little... or clog it up with other stuff

I think you ask a legitimate question. However, having said that.... I never smoked before getting dental work done. I can tell you, that whenever I smoked before getting a tattoo, the pot intensified the pain. I think it might be best to wait until AFTER your dental work has been done, and then settle in with a nice clean bong filled with fresh water. The bong will cause less suction and not pull out your stitches.

When I got my last one, we stopped half way though to go smoke a session. It hurt less than it did before the bongs.

It was on the underside of my biceps stopping just before the armpit. That hurt like a motherfucker until I got high.

Yesterday was my 5 month mark. No cigs. I did kinda like sage and smoked harder on the herb. I have a friend who quit 'cold turkey', she was determined and managed to quit that way. ((interrrupteddd! lost track of thought)) anyway, hope you can make it. the first month is the worst

ah man...

Well.... I'd start with being sure you don't buy them at first.
Then eventually you'll get tired of bumming them.
As you grow tired of it, the time between smokes with enlighten your mind and give you perspective on Why you liked smoke or Why do don't....

It's a practice man.

Too tight you'll break.
Too loose you'll never quit.

I bought some cigarillos while traveling.
It was nice, but after a while, I was just done with them.

Mostly these days I have a smoke with my Little Sister to not be a hypocrite and to encourage her to cut way back/stop because of use Krohn's disease.

My stomach aches are partially why I stopped.

But yea... just be kind and strict man... you'll teeter out a balance.

You'll always be in recovery of some sorts.

I don't know too many people who are just 'NO' and don't have to think about 'NOT' having one.

But it happens.

Good luck dude.
