For sure.

I was going to add, hold on to that essence of what happened and not the particulars, as in trying to recreated the same essence from that same experience.

That essence is pervasive and can be found in all life

Knowing and Questioning is part of a later idea called Investigation.

Think guitar strings... too tight or too loose... you don't get the sound that is sweet to the ears,heart and soul.

just Getting healthy may not seem like a life realization, but it is quite the drastic change from my current way of life, plus it was just this past weekend where it really struck home and made me feel as though "it is time".

Right on, I actually have that thread open and have been saving it for when the posts slow down today... so I'll go check it out now for sure
