Getting healthy.

So about a week ago i made the decision to become healthier and less lazy.


I wanted to overcome to stuff that i posted in the "what dont you like about yourself" thread as well as all the BS in my other threads about vaginas.

I dont want to have anything on that list that is in my power to change.


I want to be EXACTLY where i want to be in life right now.


So this is day 7 i believe since i stopped smoking cigarettes.


In this week ive also forced myself to stop thinking about vaginas so much, worked out almost every day, and cut WAY back on the weed smoking.

I have much more to do, but quitting cigs is kind of trumping everything else at the moment. NOT AS EASY AS ID THOUGHT ITD BE DAMN I WANT A CIG.


In the next week i plan to FINALLY start growing weed again, along with growing mushrooms for the first time, get MUCH more dedicated to my schooling, as well as begin to improve my diet and continue working out.



Anyone else want to join me and make the "What DO you like about yourself" list a lot longer?

been happening since july of last year when i moved from the city to live with my auntie and uncle in a mansion in quebec. quit everything, starting working out and running etc.
ran my first half marathon 8 months later.
now im back in school and have a girlfriend that i actually want my parents to meet.
ive 180 degreed my life in a year, its easy, stay focused.
surround yourself with good people

I'd like to step up my fitness too. In the last few weeks I've been feeling so weak. I haven't been going for walks, I haven't been eating my vegetables and I got drunk too many times which affects my sleep and zaps my energy and my motivation for days.

I could really use a vacation. Somewhere in nature where I can get a lot of fresh air and activity. I'm feeling so cramped up in the city right now.

I'm in, ive started going to the gym after uni every day. It's killing me I havent done any proper exercise since I was about 15

Im basically doing this whole "getting healthy" thing, to combat my laziness as well. I need to get past the laziness if im going to be healthy n stuff.

2 birds one stone.



Sadly marijuana is tied up with at least 2 of my bad habits (smoking cigs and being lazy), so ima be toking much much less if at all for a bit.


another HUGE goal of mine is to get more into performing music.
MAYBE eventually get enough balls to do an open mic night or something. right now ive Never sang to anyone and barely even myself so that shit aint an easy task. Super scary.

Id also like to start making music as well. I have some fantastic ideas using the guitar and combining it with electro or whathaveyou on the computer. Maybe some yahookan collabs as well?

Ima have A LOT more time on my hands now that im not gonna be just smoking weed all the time lol.

weed can actually enhance a healthy lifestyle IF you have the willpower to eschew your unhealthy impulses. i'll never forget, i think it was don or stullic who once said that weed actually motivates them to get stuff done, including a good workout. i find that can be true for me too.... sometimes. i'd also like to add that granola is very healthy and a great food to combat the munchies.

and Merc, i dont disagree with you. It isnt weed that makes me lazy, it is just that i have it tied in with a few other bad habits unfortunately. So i gotta take a break from it in order to break those habits more efficiently.

Right now though weed makes me be ok with being super lazy and that isnt a good thing.

yup i gotta start on that aswell. ive been steadily porking up all through uni. they just opened up a swimming pool near me £2.50 membership, and 60p a swim after that. gonna head down there pretty soon and try it out. cant not at those prices.

I got paid today and went shopping for the 1st time in two weeks. Now my daughter won't be the only one who gets to eat something other than rice!

Needless to say, I'm having the 1st salad I've had since early september and IT IS HEAVEN

A goal of mine is to heavily reduce the amount of meat i eat. Right now i gotta put on some weight first though. Way too skinny.

Yeah, definitely needing to sort my shit out.

Am giving up smoking tobacco again next month, lasted for 3 months earlier this year and didn't find it too difficult (as long as I has weed), but caved due to various reasons, mostly a lack of willpower once my last crop ran out.
But next crop is due next month, and I should hopefully have a continuous crop going, so no running out this time.

Have got to say, weed is pretty different without the baccy, I have come to realise this year that the combination of weed and baccy has way more of a sedative/lazy effect on me than smoking pure, plus I think smoking baccy actually makes me lazy... I often wake up feeling like getting shit done, a cup of tea and a rolly later and I can't be arsed... proper effort!

Also, my diet and lack of excercise need changing.
Am eating way too much greasy crap at the moment, about once a week I'll make a tomato and chilli pasta type deal, the rest of the week it's chips (fries) with everything!

The last time I saw the inside of a gym I think my age began with a 1.
Now it begins with a 3.

Sheeeeeit!
