my fav is dr manhattan just cuz of that one scene in the movie where he's fucking his wife, and then he double teams her with a copy of himself, and she gets all pissed and he's all "my attention was fully on you, dearest", but in the background you see a third copy of himself chilling in the lab working on his experiments. had to pause the flick lol'd for a good 5min or so.

I liked the Comedian until he shot that pregnant Vietnamese lady.

I remember when everyone was afraid of nuclear war. There was never really any threat, tho. It was in no one's interest, so it wasn't going to happen. It was a great fodder for the media, tho. I remember walking around my High School the day after "The Day After" aired on TV. Never seen so many depressed people. I'm glad more people call bullshit on the media now than then. The audience of the 1980's would be buying this terrorism nonsense hook, line and sinker. ![]() The Rev |

I didn't agree with Ozymandias that Rorschach was a sociopath, but as far as The Comedian went, he was right on target. My favorite scene with him was when he took on the angry mob and declared, "I'm so glad to be working on American soil, again!" With "Boogie Man" playing in the background, that scene was art.
