running into ppl from high school

i've ran into two ppl lately that i knew from school but was never friends with. first was a girl who i didnt recognize at first but she knew me (i was a cool upper classman). eventually i remembered her face but not her boobs since they grew enormously since HS (awesome).

then yesterday I started doing community service with a guy that i knew in HS but was never friends with either. this is more of an awkward situation because we're both pretty cool customers and neither one of us has made any small talk. also we slept with the same girl and I'm not sure if he knows this, but i know it. also i think we might have IM'd a couple times but i'm not certain about that. we probably wont ever catch up in this situation because we're pretty busy and i don't really see a point.

it's alway weird running into the old schoolmates, eh?

to avoid or not to avoid, that is the question...

What about those people who you went to school with but then after you finished school you never saw them again, you look them up on facebook and they still live nearby but you never see them out and about or anything. They're the biggest mysteries. What do these people do?

nobody from my highschool is living in serbia. so if i ran into someone it would awesome and surprising, even though i didn't really go to high school often enough to know anyone who isn't still my friend

They appear at christmas in the pubs though, absolutely rat arsed most of the time. Then they vanish for another year.

I've only run into people from High School a couple of rare times, and it's always weird. I was an emotional wreck in High School, so I always felt embarrassed seeing people from then. Usually, it's cool to be into something before it gets popular, but not depression.

i missed half of grade 11 and all of 12. i organized my classes so that i was finished halfway through grade 11. i figure anyone worth talking too had also figured out a way to avoid going completely. most of my friends either finished early or were dropouts

well if we're going to have a pissing contest, I dropped out of school in the 8th grade only to be forced into either juvie or boarding school. I chose boarding school. still only went freshman year of HS. dropped at the beginning of junior year.

but yeah I missed about 3-4 months in 8th grade. ugly times. only person/entity that got me back in school was the courts.

I must have told that truancy offer I was gonna come to school but never did on at least a dozen occasions.

I GEDed myself, 8 weeks into Senior year. Turned around and went to community college then a good Uni, so all was well. If I had it to do over, I would have dropped out earlier.
