Do you like spooky, evil, dark stuff?
It's that time where that stuff tends to surface. I'm not hardcore into that gothic aesthetic, but I do appreciate it a lot. It's cool that there is such a thing as all that demon, zombie, witch lore. And I respect people who dedicate more of themselves to that lifestyle. Right now I'm listening to Iron Maiden and I have a candle lit, so I'm definitely tending towards that mood. I am a long way from sacrificing a cat to satan and drinking it's blood.
Some good visuals here: |

I like foreign horror films. American horror is still stuck in the torture porn phase, which is not scary in the least.

and there is a huge difference between dark things and satanism. I love fun morbid things. I love Tim Burton type stuff. I really appreciate the Mexicans outlook on death an how colorful they make death.
On the other had I really do not like gruesome dark things. I do not like Saw type thing

![]() But seriously tho. Watched 3 exorcism movies in the last week while completely stoned and it was pretty fucking fun. Movies I would consider crap normally. Exorcismus - Decent realistic portrayal, like a blair witch of exorcism movies Exorcism Of Emily Rose - Meh, too hollywood for me The Rite - I liked this one, Anthony Hopkins is in it. Hes good. He gets taken over by a demon and stuff.

I'm the guy laughing my ass off in the theatre when everybody else screams. The horror movie genre is a joke.
But yes, I love spooky, scary and evil things. I'm not a goth fag though. |

Dont be that guy. Part of seeing a scary movie is Suspension Of Disbelief.
Suspension of disbelief - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia You have to allow yourself to be scared to truly have fun. Otherwise your just some faggot who thinks hes a tough guy. Sure its fun to obtain a smug sense of superiority above others but you arent truly experiencing the art the way it was meant to be experienced. And spooky shit IS an artform, make no doubt about it!

To each his own, but yeah, if you're the sort that likes to laugh at scary movies, please don't go see it in a theatre. It's annoying as fuck.

I'm surprised everyone is talking about scary movies.
First of all, scary movies is a trend that I was ahead of way before all these TV shows and Paranormal Activity shit. Secondly, I was talking about something much more real than a movie. There are people who actually see the world like a scary movie and they live in that reality. Thirdly, nice try.
