wgat temp do you like your house/room?

I always liked it right at 72. growing up some of my friends had the window units where you could make it an icebox. I loved sleeping there. hateddd going to my buddys whos dads just refused to turn the air on. the house is 85 and everyones just pretending like theyre nit uncomfortable

sleep in an icebox...reach over and crank the radiator when i wake up...go back to bed...wake up and take a shower when i have a warm room to return to.

I have a weird heating system that is basically approximates the preferences of all the tenents in my building and gives us a general "heat". if we don't like it, we have to shut the vents or open a window. if it's not enough then we crank our thermostat all the way up and hope it changes the "medium" preference. or something.

when I lived in chicago it was a townhouse seperate from the buildings. but they controlled.our heat and would only kick the damn thing on when they felt it was 2 cold. I remember sitting around in like ten sweaters and when the thing turned on, id basically sit on it until I fell asleep.
