I just got the urge to smoke with my sister.
She turned 16 3 days ago. Pops doesn't get out of work til 1-2am.
The opportunity is perfect.
I've got the feeling that she's smoked before.

How do I start this conversation?

Edit: I don't want to make her feel like there's any pressure though.
