I used to twitch in my lecture classes all the time. Or the head bob was common. In college i would try and stay up, so I was all jerky and spazzy. In High school I would just put my head down and go to sleep

hammock naps rock. when I nap tho sometimes I sleep to hard and it literally feels impossible for me to wake up.
