Website for dyi private eye

Hey yahooka! Long time no see! I miss the site so I should stop around more often...I've just been trying to get my life together and stop wandering around online. Speaking of wandering online...

I want to look up public record information for my neighbors. I think it is a good thing to know information about those living around me because even if I don't find anything then I can feel secure about it. I just would like to know. (Even if they are all pederass, I have premium gsd and some heat in my lap.) Also I want to look up my sisters new LOSER boyfriend who I'm pretty sure is a criminal.

NEVErtheless...I think it would be worthwhile to get a year subscription/membership to one of those personal detective sites that can gather that kind of information. JW if anyone on Yahooka has ever used anything like that. I don't want to pay 50 bucks for a membership to a site full of adds that does not work.

Thaks for the help~~ Be easy guys

If I found out you were stalking me online, I'd kill your dog and mail pieces of it to you.

If that didn't stop it, I'd move on to the deadliest game of all.

Um.. from experience I've always known the best resources to be county warrant-searches and/or criminal records kept online... that is, if youre suspecting a criminal

Coming from am ex 'investigator' I can tell you public record searches are only useful for investigating people who don't need to be found. The best way to find out shit about people is asking people face to face and 99% of you just don't have the balls.

A drug is any substance that has a biochemical effect on the body or mind.

That includes cannabis.

in order to file an execution with the sherrifs office
why not have a magistrate/judge file a bench warrant based on previous case/address..

depends on how much info you already have.

even a private detective needs something to go with.

being an "oxyhoe" isn't very specific, when tracking someone down.

Get Even Legally

Don't let someone get away with fraud just because they know how to use the criminal justice system against you. Take them to court. The Small Claims Court System is a simple process that can be utilized by anyone for a minimal fee without an attorney.

Once you, the victim, have been successful in Small Claims Court, the defendant is legally bound to pay you the amount awarded, which includes court costs. Even if they don't want to pay, there are procedures in place that allow you to have their property seized or to garnish their paycheck or checking account. Even if you can't find them, there are procedures for suing them. You can even obtain a subpoena that enables you to secure copies of their phone bills, checking account statements, vehicle ownership records, etc. In other words, the system is already in place for you to...........

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

http://straightshooter.net/get_even_...htm#HowtoServe

HOW TO SERVE A DEFENDANT WHOSE
WHEREABOUTS ARE UNKNOWN

(1) Send a certified letter to the defendant's last known address.

(2) When the certified letter is returned unclaimed, send a process server to the last known address. The process server will provide in writing verification of attempt to serve.

(3) You must have some verifiable documents to show the court that this is indeed the defendant's last known address. Examples are: form letters from banks, insurance companies, etc. with the defendant's address and a recent date; driver's license with this address (employers may have a copy); payroll stubs with the address and recent date; bills with the address and recent date.

(4) File a request to serve by Alternative Method with the Small Claims Court and provide the above documentation to justify why you must do this.

(5) When the court grants this motion, publish the notice in the legal notices publication that services the town where the defendant last lived. Click here (http://straightshooter.net/get_even_legally.htm#Sample) for a sample of how to write the notice. Cost ranges from $75.00 to $300.00 depending on the publication. This amount is part of the court costs and will be awarded to you as part of the judgment.

(6) Typically, this notice must be published one day of each week for four consecutive weeks. After this is completed, the publication will send you an official receipt stating that your notice has been published for the specified time. The defendant has another 30 days (typically) to respond to the court before you can go back to court with your proof of service.

(7) When the appropriate time has lapsed, take your proof of service to court and file an Affidavit of Default.

(8) The court will take typically a week to 10 days to award you your default judgment.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In my experience with courts...always have your paperwork in order...correct dates, correct amounts, copies of all judgements/claims.
It is also my experience that if the amount owed you is minimal...just write it off to experience, and move on.

doesn't the biochemical effect of something have to be psychoactive in nature for it considered to be a drug?
