I'm not arguing that. I'm arguing about the fact that you two are ok with a bill coming out that makes it perfectly legal for that to happen if simply deemed a threat.

I'd also argue that if Ron Paul was President when this type of thing was trying to be passed, he's stir up such a public outrage among the American Public, bringing so much public attention to it and asking for people to stand up against this, that the senate would have no choice but to not pass it.

^Actually a logical point. I think our government was more free economically in the past and less free on a social liberties standpoint.

It's just too much for the average person trying to live a life. What do we worry about? What do we fight for? For cannabis legalization? No drones? No wars? Clean water and air? Equal rights for all Americans/people? Abortion? Safe food? Toxic waste? NASA? jobs? taxes?

Fuuuuuuck....the list goes on and on. It makes a person numb.
