Internet Ad Tracking?
Has anyone noticed something like this going on? Perhaps it's been going on for a while and I've just clued in, but this seems really specific. Since I started that RC Helicopter thread and started searching around for stuff about it, I've had a bunch of ads on youtube and on this other forum I go to with ads for RC helicopters. That is way too specific to be a coincidence.
So it seems like there is some kind of tracking service that knows what I've been searching for and this information is shared between different websites for their ads. I dislike this. I also like this. Dislike.. because it knows what I'm looking at. Like.. because if there must be ads, at least there are ads that I might actually be interested in.

I've seen the same thing. I looked at two posters on allposters.com, and after that, the same two posters kept appearing in ads for allposters in my yahoo mail and such.
